КОО «Предприятие Эрдэнэт» и ФГУП «Институт «Гинцветмет» – десятилетия сотрудничества
В 2013 г. исполняется 35 лет со дня пуска первой секции медно­молибденовой фабрики КОО «Предприятие Эрдэнэт», сырьевой базой которой является месторождение «Эрдэнэтийн Овоо». Комплексный технический проект комбината «Эрдэнэт» разработан институтом «Гипроцветмет» на основании соглашения между Правительствами СССР и МНР от 28 декабря 1970 г. За годы тесного сотрудничества института с подразделениями комбината проделана большая научно­ практическая работа по совершенствованию схемы переработки руд, увеличению извлечения ценных компонентов.

KOO “Enterprise of Erdenet” and Federal State Unitary Enterprise Gintsvetmet Institute – decades of cooperation
In 2013 35 years from the date of start­up of the first section of the KOO “Enterprise of Erdenet” copper­molybdenum factory which source of raw materials is the Erdenetiyn Ovoo deposit are executed. The complex technical project of industrial complex of “Erdenet” is worked out by Giprovetmet institute on the basis of agreement between Governments of the USSR and MNR from December 28, 1970. For years of close cooperation of institute with divisions of enterprise is done the large scientific and practical work on perfection of chart of processing of ores and increase of extraction of valuable components.

Творческое содружество институтов «Гинцветмет» и «Гипроцветмет»
Десятилетнее старшинство Гинцветмета по отношению к «возрасту» Гипроцветмета отражает базовую первичность науки в процессе инновационного развития экономики. Необходимость создания головного проектного института в подотрасли, называемой «Цветная металлургия»», и была вызвана 10­летним накоплением новых научно­технологических знаний, которые требовали своей практической реализации в виде проектов конкретных предприятий Советского Союза. И с того далекого времени два центральных головных московских института – Гинцветмет и Гипроцветмет – шли вместе по нелегкой творческой жизни, которая принесла немало блестящих результатов такого сотрудничества в отечественной и мировой практике цветной металлургии. В работе приведены многочисленные примеры этого сотрудничества на предприятиях СНГ и ряде дальних зарубежных объектов.

Creative commonwealth of Gintsvetmet and Giprotsvetmet institutes
Ten­year seniority Gintsvetmet in relation to “age” of Giprotsvetmet reflects basic priority of science in the process of innovative development of economy. A necessity of creation of head research design institute for the subindustry, named “Non­ferrous metallurgy””, and was caused by 10 years’ accumulation of new scientific and technological knowledge that required the practical realization as projects of the concrete enterprises of Soviet Union. And since that far time two central head Moscow institutes – Gintsvetmet and Giprotsvetmet – went together on hard creative life which brought many brilliant results of such cooperation in domestic and world practice of non­ferrous metallurgy. Numerous examples of this cooperation at the enterprises of the CIS and a number of distant foreign objects are given in the work.

20 лет Гинцветмет­аналитике
В юбилейном для института «Гинцветмет» году исполняется 20 лет Испытательной лаборатории «Гинцветмет­аналитика», аккредитованной в системе ГОСТ Р на техническую компетентность и независимость, выросшая в настоящее время до авторитетного испытательного и арбитражного центра в области обогащения и металлургии цветных и драгоценных металлов, а также их спутников, сырья и продуктов вторичной переработки: свинцового и медного лома, отходов радиоэлектронной и радиотехнической аппаратуры, отработанных катализаторов газовой, нефтехимической и автомобильной промышленности.

20 years to Gintsvetmet­analytic
In anniversary year for Gintsvetmet institute 20 years of the Test laboratory “Gintsvetmet analytic” accredited in system of GOST R on technical competence and independence, grown to the authoritative test and arbitration center in area of enrichment and metallurgy of non­ferrous and precious metals, and also their satellites, raw materials and products of secondary processing: lead and copper scrap, waste of the radio­electronic and radio engineering equipment, exhaust catalysts of gas, petrochemical and motor­car industry.

Научные школы Гинцветмета
В институте накоплен огромный интеллектуальный капитал. Объектами интеллектуальной собственности являются многочисленные разработки в области обогащения полезных ископаемых, пирометаллургической переработки руд тяжелых цветных металлов, гидрометаллургических способов получения тяжелых цветных металлов.
В настоящее время имеется ряд научных школ, созданных выдающимися российскими и советскими учеными, работавшими на протяжении многих лет в Гинцветмете, и возглавляемых ведущими учеными института.

The huge intellectual capital is accumulated in institute. The jbjects of intellectual property are numerous developments in area of mineral processing, pyrometallurgical processing of ores of heavy non­ferrous metals, hydrometallurgical methods of receiving heavy non­ferrous metals.
Now there is a number of scientific schools, created by outstanding russian and soviet scientists, working for many years in Gintsvetmet, and headed by leading scientists of institute.

Юбилейная 10­я Международная научно­практическая конференция 
«Современные технологии в области производства и обработки цветных металлов»
В ноябре текущего года в рамках 19­й Международной промышленной выставки «Металл­Экспо’2013» состоится 10­я юбилейная Международная научно­практическая конференция «Современные технологии в области производства и обработки цветных металлов», которая проводится Гинцветметом совместно с ОАО «Институт «Цветметобработка». Конференция, пользующаяся большой популярностью среди научной общественности цветной металлургии, дает возможность увидеть, как развивается металлургия, внедряются новые технологии, строятся новые станы и расширяются рынки сбыта. Все это обсуждается участниками конференций, в результате дискуссии вырабатываются общие подходы, принимаются решения по конкретным направлениям развития технологии и техники металлургических процессов.

Anniversary 10th International scientific and practical conference 
“Modern Technologies in the field of Production and Processing of Non­ferrous Metals”
In November of the current year within the 19th International industrial exhibition “Metall­Expo’2013” the 10th anniversary International scientific and practical conference “Modern Technologies in the field of production and processing of non­ferrous metals” which is carried out by Gintsvetmet together with JSC “Tsvetmetobrabotka Institutes” will take place. The conference using large popularity among scientific community of nonferrous metallurgy, gives an opportunity to see how metallurgy develops, new technologies take root, new camps are under construction and sales markets extend. All this is discussed by participants of conferences, as a result of discussion general approaches are developed; decisions on the concrete directions of development of technology and equipment of metallurgical processes are made.
